The good circulation of energies is essential in Ayurveda

Are you suffering from small unexplained ailments? ... According to Ayurveda, the problem may come from one and the same problem: a poor circulation of energy in your bodyAyurveda ensures that we remain healthy and cures ailments by restoring the circulation of energies in the body.

Explanations:

Ayurveda: the primary energy
The principles of Ayurveda are based on the fact that we consider that our world is born from a primary energy. The movement that once interfered with this pure energy produced the matter that surrounds us.Matter that is divided into five fundamental elements:
-air, fire, earth, water and ether. Each of these elements corresponds to one of our senses and forms the fundamental human energies also called doshas.

These are:
-pitta, which is the driving energy,
-kapha, which is stability,
-and vata, which is movement.
Our being is governed by these energies which constantly circulate within us. If they become blocked or dysfunctional, disorders appear, and dysfunctions appear when one of the energies dominates the other two a little too much. Ayurveda allows us to watch over the good balance of our energies. The 3 shrotas or channels run through our body
Our body is run through by three main channels: the shrotas.Their blockage can lead to physical and / or psychological diseases.-The first channel is that of the mind, taking care of your mind is also taking care of your body. In Ayurveda everything is linked.the second channel is the one allowing to absorb the energy. A healthy diet and the absence of pollution are therefore essential - and the last channel is that of the elimination of waste from our body (stool, urine, sweat). Their observation allows to make a good diagnosis. Ayurveda helps us to understand how to balance the doshas to leave the shrotas free and ensure the proper functioning of our body. Chakras: central points of energy circulation
It is also in our chakras that the energies circulate. The chakras are 7 central points of our body through which our thoughts and emotions flow. They all provide an essential function in the circulation of energies. By working on these psychic openings, the energy circulates in harmony in our body and mind. The 7 vital tissues: the Dhâtus
There are 7 vital structural tissues constituting the whole body. - Plasma, blood, skin, muscle, fat, nerves, bone marrow, bones and reproductive tissues. Any imbalance, whether physical or psychological, within our doshas is likely to have repercussions on the channels, and therefore on the vital tissues. The tissues are the place where diseases and pains appear. Their importance is therefore major. Thus the circulation of energies is essential for the good health of our body and our mind ;-)

Do not dwell on your past mistakes and failures as this will fill your mind with sorrow, regret and depression. Do not repeat these mistakes in the future.
