- The night before, let the azuki beans soak overnight.- Boil water and dip the beans in it for 5mn.- Drain and boil the beans again for 40mn.- In a pan, pour the rice and add 3 times the volume of water. For the gomasio, pour the sesame seeds and salt into a pan over medium heat. The sesame is cooked when it browns slightly and starts to "hop around" in the pan. Mix well while cooking.- Chop (with a scissor) the Nori seaweed leaf finely.- Serve the beans and rice in a bowl. Sprinkle with the seaweed. Season with Gomasio.- Pour in 2 spoons of Rice vinegar.- Serve warm or hot.
